Think you’ve got what it takes to compete in the Farmers Olympics? This exciting event is open to all fairgoers and brings agriculture to life through fun and friendly competition. Gather a team of 4 people to put your skills to the test with games like wheelbarrow races, hay bale tosses, and more!

What is the Farmer’s Olympics?

The Farmer’s Olympics is a fun and competitive event where teams of four go head-to-head in seven exciting farm-themed challenges. Teams will compete for the ultimate title of 2025 Farmer’s Olympics Champion!

Who:

Open to anyone ages 12 and up.
Teams consist of up to 4 people, with at least one member aged 18 or older.
Whether you’ve been farming for years or have never stepped foot on a farm, everyone is welcome!

What:

Teams will compete in 7 different games, each testing unique skills like strength, precision, creativity, and strategy.
Some challenges may require teams to lift up to 50 pounds as a group.

When:

Sunday, July 13th at Noon

Where:

Draft Horse Arena (West side of Jefferson County Fair Park)

Price:

$20 per team (Can pay online; or cash/check accepted if signing up at the Fair Park office weekdays 8am-4pm).

Registration Deadline:

Sign up online below or in person at the Activity Center at the Jefferson County Fair Park.
- Teams may sign-up up until noon on Sunday July 13th, when the games begin!
Your team will be eligible to compete once payment is received.

The competition will be hosted by a special guest and judged by a panel of three judges. Winners will be determined based on factors like speed, accuracy, and creativity in each game.
